Terms and Conditions are in place to offer a fair structure to all. We aim to provide the highest quality classes for all of our customers, and we are committed to the safety of all persons who attend. The Terms and Conditions are in place to allow us to offer our customers the highest standard of service.

Taking part in a Lullababy class or course is at your own risk (please read our disclaimer for further information).

Payment Methods

Bookings are taken online via website.

Once payment has been made, in full, you will receive an email booking confirmation confirming your place and the dates included in your booking. Please inform us immediately if any incorrect information so that we can rectify. It is your responsibility to check dates and venue are correct for your booking.

Confirmation of Place

Payment for trial sessions must be paid prior to attending. Lullababy requires 7 days’ notice to cancel a trial session.

After your trial, if you would like to book the remainder of the term, you will be sent the details and asked to pay within 48 hours. Only upon receipt of payment will your place be secure. If you fail to pay by the deadline, the place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Renewals

No later than two weeks before your term runs out your class leader will ask you whether you wish to renew for another term. Payment for a new term needs to be made by the deadline set in the renewal information sent out each term. Any unpaid for places by this date will be offered to people on the waiting list and advertised to new customers.

Holidays, Sickness and Non-attendance

Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays, sickness, or inability to attend. We need to offer a continuity of service that is fair to all. When you book a place, you are securing your space and not your attendance.
You may offer your place to a friend who also has a baby to a session you know you are unable to attend. Please speak to your class leader to arrange.

Illness

Parents are asked to keep their babies at home if they have a serious infection and to inform Lullababy as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.
Please keep your baby at home if they:

  • Have a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours
  • Have had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
  • Have heavy nasal discharge
  • Have discharging eyes

Or if they have symptoms of possible communicable diseases such as:

  • Measles
  • Chicken pox
  • German measles
  • Whooping cough
  • Impetigo
  • Scarlett fever
  • Hand, foot and mouth disease
  • Norovirus
  • Coronavirus

In light of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we also request that parents/carers do not attend classes of they are displaying any of the symptoms, including, but not limited to a temperature, loss of taste and smell and/or a cough.

During such times of infectious diseases, parents/carers are responsible for their child at class and abiding by the recommended distancing to reduce the spread of infection. LullaBaby cannot be held responsible for distancing individual children or the risk of infection. By attending the class, the parent/carer is accepting the risk.

We cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness, or the need to self-isolate. You may offer your place to a friend, who also has a baby, to the session. Please speak to your class leader to arrange.

Supervision

All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. The Class Leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time. Should anyone behave in a way that Lullababy feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes from the customer.

The supervising adult takes full responsibility for themselves, and their child, and for everything that happens to them in relation to the class.

If you have any doubts, you will seek the advice of my medical professional before proceeding with class.
You will keep the class leader informed of any health issues that arise over the course of the classes.

Please make your class leader aware of any allergies or intolerances ahead of attending.

LullaBaby accepts no liability or responsibility for any belongings, including clothes that are stained, marked or damaged. Please note that some sessions include messy play. The materials we use are all sourced from trusted suppliers and are provided in the knowledge that parents and carers supervise their children while they play with them.

Cancellation of Classes

Lullababy will strive to run all scheduled classes. However, the safety of customers and babies is paramount, and should we need to cancel a class for any reason, parents will be notified.

An additional class will be offered if we need to cancel a class for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, safety issues, inclement weather, venue issues, illness, infectious disease (including Covid-19), restrictions such as lockdowns, or the requirement to isolate. Additional classes may be in person, or an online alternative. If you cannot attend the catch-up session/s, a transfer to a future term's fees may be offered, but only at the class leaders’ discretion and will be subject to availability. Regrettably we cannot offer cash refunds in these instances.

If a class is cancelled by the class leader for a reason within their control, an additional class will be offered for a different date. If you are unable to attend this date, please notify the LullaBaby Class Leader in writing within 7 days of receiving the offer of an alternative date and they will inform you of the options available to you.

Equal Opportunities Lullababy is committed to ensure its classes and courses are accessible to everyone regardless of race, culture, language, gender, age, experience, religion, background, ability or disability.

Health, Safety and Hygiene

Lullababy prides itself on making sure classes are a happy, clean and safe environment for you and your child. Internal checks of the venue and all equipment are conducted each day to ensure that they are clean and safe.
Lullababy kindly asks all parents and carers to remove their shoes while in class in order to keep the flooring and matting clean for the babies to be placed on.

From time to time we may provide messy play activities for your child to engage in. It is your responsibility to ensure that you supervise your child during these activities and we cannot take responsibility for any items being placed in the mouth or potential allergies.

In addition to our standard health, safety and hygiene procedures we are also asking that all attendees:

  • Sanitise their hands upon arrival and departure of our venues
  • Wear a face covering to enter and exit our venues and when moving around. We do welcome you to remove your face covering once you’re stationed at your mat if you wish.

All equipment and key touch points are cleaned at the start, end and between each use, mats are socially distanced in-line with current Government guidelines and all of our activities have been reviewed to ensure they are Covid secure.

All of our venues have undertaken additional risk assessments specifically relating to Covid-19 in order to identify and minimise any potential risks.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Lullababy may need to update its Terms and Conditions. We will inform you of changes and you have 14 days to opt out of accepting changes in writing. Failure to do so will entitle Lullababy to treat this agreement with you as being updated with the changes.
